R2R studio incorporates a team oriented approach. We do not believe in barriers, of any kind. Our team members work in an open studio with no offices, no doors, and no walls. This open studio approach facilitates staff interaction and communication during design and all other project phases because it is imperative to us that everyone has a voice in every aspect of the design process ensuring that each project is given the attention to detail that it deserves.
